This verse represents the heart of biblical care and discipleship at Redeemer. Our care and discipleship team is made up of people who have been transformed by the power of the gospel, who are willing to come alongside others “So that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.” (2 Cor. 1:4)
The members of the care and discipleship team are not doctors, licensed counselors, therapists, or trained in human psychology. They are followers of Christ with knowledge and personal experience in the struggles of life, who wholeheartedly believe that “All scripture is inspired by God and is profitable for teaching, for rebuking, for correcting, for training in righteousness.” (2 Tim. 3:16).
The care and discipleship that we offer at Redeemer Church is available to both individuals and couples at no cost. We are very grateful for the opportunity to share with you the truth and love from God's Word. If you are struggling with marriage or parenting issues, addictions, or any difficult life situation, we are available to listen and pray with you, as well as encourage you from the word of God.
