Kevin Bowles | Lead Pastor / Elder | EMAIL
Previously serving as our Executive Pastor, Kevin Bowles graduated with a Masters in Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary. He received his Bachelor's degree in Music at LSU (Geaux Tigers!). Kevin & his wife, Aimee, have 4 children: Judah, Canaan, Annie, & Hallie. Kevin enjoys playing or watching sports (all Houston or LSU teams), playing & listening to music, good Mexican food, and road-tripping with his family.
Barry Pett | Pastor of Care & Discipleship / Elder | EMAIL
Barry Pett is a pastor at Redeemer Church. He is a native of the cold but beautiful state of Wisconsin. He is quite the Cheesehead! He moved to Tomball in 1984 after earning a B.A. in Music Education from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa Oklahoma. He and Carolyn have three wonderful children; Courtney, Daniel, and Kelsey, along with 5 grandchildren.
Brad Smith | Elder / Pastor | EMAIL
Brad graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and is the proudest member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggies class of 2006! WHOOP!!! Brad and his wife, Haley, have three amazing kids, Grayson, Camdyn, and Colby. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys mud runs, movies, and pretty much anything with sugar in it.

Carolyn Pett | Financial/Office Administrator | EMAIL
Carolyn Pett is the Financial Administrator for Redeemer Church, and has been on staff since 2010. She was born and raised in Tomball. She has been married to Pastor Barry for over 30 years. They have three grown children and five grandchildren. Carolyn enjoys reading, Starbucks vanilla lattes, chocolate, and the beach! Her favorite verse is Romans 8:1.
Lawson Flowers | Teaching Pastor | Elder Candidate EMAIL
Previously the the Student and Family Minister at Redeemer Church, Lawson has a degree in Rhetoric and Writing from The University of Texas at Austin, and also completed a residency at the Austin Stone Community Church. He is currently pursuing his M.Div at Southern Seminary. He is married to Caroline, and has five children: Brooks, Eliza, Jones, Adelaide, & Campbell. Lawson enjoys reading, writing, sports, fire pits, family time, and hanging out with students!

Matt Odom | Finance Deacon | EMAIL
Matt has been a Deacon at Redeemer Church for the past 2 years. He and his wife Mandy have two sons together, Luke and Will. Matt works as a CPA in The Woodlands and the local Houston area and has a Masters in Accounting from The University of Texas. He is passionate about almost anything outdoors, loves working out, cycling, hunting and fishing, baseball, and spending time with his family. His favorite scripture is John 15:13.
Brandon Eads | Mercy Deacon | EMAIL
Brandon serves on the Building Team at Redeemer and is also a Deacon in charge of mercy needs. He graduated from Texas A&M Engineering in 2004. He is a business owner and Realtor. He and his wife have four young children. Brandon enjoys time with his family, fitness, hunting, fishing, golf, and lake trips with friends.
Dale Googer | Mercy Deacon | EMAIL
Dale is the husband to Christina and father to Casper, Dawnette, and Simeon. He thought it'd be a really cool idea to go to a Texas Agricultural and Mechanical school in College Station and get a degree in Theatre Arts just so that people could look at him strangely for the rest of his life. Some of his favorite books are Till We Have Faces, Amazing Grace (a biography of William Wilberforce), and Pilgrim's Progress. He has no interesting hobbies.
Mandy Odom | Hospitality Deaconess | EMAIL
Mandy is a marketing exec turned 8th grade English Language Arts teacher turned stay-at-home-mom. She and her husband, Matt, have three incredibly sweet little boys, Luke, Will, and Evan. Mandy serves as a Deaconess in charge of hospitality needs, as well as the Women’s Ministry Director for Redeemer. If she had any, her spare time would be consumed by writing and reading. She also loves Crossfit, cooking, and chocolate chip cookies.
Chris Green | Facilities Deacon | EMAIL
Chris serves as Deacon on the facilities team and also leads most of the technology related efforts at Redeemer. Most Sundays you'll find him in the booth serving on the media team. He is Director of Technology at BEMA Information Technologies and generally is passionate about all things technology. He and his beautiful wife, Sandy, have been married for over 21 years and have two children, Joshua and Kelly. Besides technology, Chris enjoys running, bicycling, and generally being active.
Phil Sandoz | Missions/Mercy Deacon | EMAIL
Phil and his wife, Tracy, have been married for 35 years and have two married sons, Clay and Neil. Originally from South Louisiana, Phil and Tracy enjoy the people, culture and food of Texas and Louisiana. Phil retired after 35+ years in Information Services and Project Management in oil and gas companies and health care services. Phil and Tracy enjoy spending time with their kids and grandkids when not traveling in their motorhome. When the Holy Spirit opened Phil's eyes to understand "Saved by Grace" (Ephesians 2:8-9) at a bible church in Midlothian, Texas, he accepted Christ as his Redeemer and Lord. They have made Redeemer their church home for the past 9 years.
Evan Melcher | Finance/Hospitality Deacon | EMAIL
Evan was born and raised in Cypress, Texas and came back home after receiving his BS in Finance & Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas. He and his wife, Missy, met at Cypress Creek High School in the area, but began dating in college and are now married with three children: Noah, Ashlyn, and Haddie. He is currently a Director of Accounting at Sysco. Evan loves to spend time with his family, run obstacle courses with his friends, and root for all of the Houston professional sports teams - especially the 2017 World Champion Astros.
