Easter Week

 Next Wednesday, 4/5

For the month of April, our 2nd Wednesday Meal & Prayer Service has been moved up to next week for a special night of prayer & reflection on the cross of Christ leading up to Easter weekend. Come at 6pm for a meal together (potluck style), and then join us for a scripture-guided prayer & reflection time focused on Christ and His cross. Childcare will be available for children 5 and under, and Worship Arts will be meeting for children 5-12 who are registered for the Spring program.

Thank you to our own Zzenya Thompson for his artwork used at The Stations of the Cross.

EASTER WEEKEND

Easter is next weekend. Join us for a weekend of reflection on the cross of Christ & celebration of His empty tomb!

  • GOOD FRIDAY SERVICES @ 5pm & 7pm -- This is a powerful service of scripture & song focused on the history of Christ's redemption. *Childcare available for 4 yrs old & under.
  • EGG HUNT - SATURDAY @ 10am -- Bring your kids & invite friends. Children 1 yrs. old through 4th grade can join the hunt!
  • EASTER SUNDAY SERVICES @ 7am, 8:30am, 10am & 11:30am -- Whether at the sunrise service by the pond (or the other three inside), let's celebrate our risen savior! *Children's classes will be open at the 8:30am & 10am services only. For the 7am & 11:30am services, all children will join their parents in worship.

In lieu of our monthly men's breakfast, which would fall on Easter weekend, we have planned a dinner the following Friday, April 14th from 6-8pm in the Large Group Room. All guys, high school age and older, are invited to attend. We will eat together (dinner provided) and have a time of fellowship and discussion. Please register to let us know you will be attending, so that we can plan accordingly for food.

Interested in Volunteering?

The theme for this year's Summer Bible Club is "Oh, the Wonderful Wisdom of God!" It will be held on Tuesday mornings from 9:15am-12pm beginning June 13th and ending July 11th.

If you are interested in being a volunteer and would like to hear more about what's involved with serving, there will be a short informational meeting on Sunday, April 23rd.  Join us immediately after 2nd service in the Large Group room.  A light lunch will be provided and children are welcome to come.

This year, students in Jr High & High School will be heading to Highland Lakes Camp in Spicewood, TX for the SBTC's M3 Camp. This is a summer camp for students to experience and celebrate the awe and wonder of a glorious God.

Designed by local churches for local churches so that teenagers of the local church can see the mission of God, through a moment with God, and join the movement of God.

Worship Arts Spring Semester

Worship Arts is a Christ centered arts program for elementary children ages 5-12 for our Redeemer family and friends. We meet on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30pm at Redeemer, with the exception of 2nd Wednesday services when we meet from 7:00-8:15pm.

This semester, we will be teaching your children drama, choir, and contemporary dance through an original musical about Christ through a child’s eyes! We would love to have your child be a part of this musical.

In order to truly be able to give your precious children the attention and education deserved, moving forward the Worship Arts program will be available by registration only. Anyone may sign up, but we will no longer be accepting drop ins. Join Ms. Shana and Miss Audrey for a beautiful time of worship through the creative arts! The performance date is scheduled for Wednesday, May 24th.

Want to volunteer as a parent helper? Please email Shana Manna and let her know!
Want a Worship Arts T-shirt? We have some available for $10 through Redeemer!

This event has been cancelled for April 8th due to Easter Weekend activities. We will see you in May!

Please plan to join us for Family Camp 2023, Sept 1st-4th at beautiful Trinity Pines Conference Center. This will be a weekend of fun, worship, and fellowship with your family and with our church family. We will have times of family worship, activities for the kids so adults can learn together, family game nights, swim parties, zip lines, meals together — you don’t want to miss it! Since we have to reserve the camp in advance, spots are limited. To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit of $100/per family member (4 yrs & older) will be due once you have been notified of your room assignment.

If you are a single person in the church, a younger couple, or an empty-nester — normally family camps would not be for you — but this isn’t a normal family camp. Not only can you come, but we need you! If you would like to come and help serve families by running VBS style activities for children on Saturday and Sunday morning, while parents get some focused learning time, and then get to participate and hang out with the church family for the rest of the weekend — please email Lawson and let him know.

The cost is based on your family size, not including children 3 yrs & under (they are free). The fee schedule is available on the registration page (link below). The cost includes all lodging, meals, and activities at camp.  Register below to let us know you want to reserve a spot.
