Our Spring Equipping classes will begin in a couple of weeks! This semester there are two options for study. Our regular bible study will be the book of Daniel that instructs believers on how to live faithfully and stay close to God in the midst of opposition and doubt. Our second study is “The Walk.” This class is for those who are either new to the faith or are looking to grow in maturity. The goal of The Walk is to answer the question: What does it mean to walk with Jesus?
A table will be set up in the foyer this Sunday for class registration and book pick up. If you are already planning to register for a class, make the process easier by signing up right now at the link below. After that, all you need to do is pick up your book on Sunday morning!
As we begin a new year at Redeemer, we want to invite you to our Church Family Meeting next Sunday, January 30th. These meetings happen twice during the year. We ask all members, and anyone who considers Redeemer their church home, to make plans to join us. Come early. We will have snacks available at 4:30pm and the meeting will start at 5.
We will fellowship, praise God for what he's done, and then discuss some important items in the life of our church -- including staffing changes, ministry opportunities, the budget, etc.
On Saturday, February 26th, Redeemer will be hosting it's first Parents' Night Out (PNO) to serve local foster families. We are looking for volunteers (Buddies, monitors, station helpers, registration, etc.), as well as contributors. To find out more information on being a buddy and to apply, use the Buddy Application link below. If you would like to serve and/or contribute items needed, use the Sign-Up link below. Training for all volunteers will be after church on Feb. 13th from 12:45-2 (RSVP by claiming a spot using the Sign-Up Link Below).
Launch Box gives students an entry-level experience in ministering to unreached people groups without ever leaving the country. Students will meet and minister to internationals and refugees from all over the world through apartment ministry, prayer walking, and Backyard Bible Clubs.
Students will be serving in the Fort Worth/Arlington area. A $50 deposit is due at time of registration. Please contact John Colvinabout scholarships or discounts for siblings.
First meeting of 2022 is next Wednesday, Jan. 26th.
