Parenting Seminar Coming Soon

Plan to join us this summer for a 4-week parenting seminar! Parenting — from diapers to teen-agers — is one of the most rewarding and challenging responsibilities the Lord has given us. Let’s get together each Tuesday evening in June to learn from Paul Tripp and from experienced parents in our church family. We will hear teaching from videos by Paul Tripp, have discussion around tables with others in the church, and have a panel of experienced parents to answer your questions. Dinner is not provided, so please eat before you come.

Parenting Seminar Registration

The Elders are excited about the opportunity God has given us to send out & plant a new Jesus-exalting church in the Houston area. By God’s grace, this new congregation (newly named Harbor Church) will be planted in the Cypress/Fairfield/290 corridor.

Travis Boles & the Redeemer Elders, along with an initial core team, have been meeting, praying, & planning toward this end. Now we would like to invite some of you to come and find out more.

If you want to learn more, and especially if you live in the Cypress/Fairfield area, we’d encourage you to register and join us for lunch & an informational meeting about Harbor Church, after the 2nd service on June 11. Maybe the Lord is calling you to pray, support, or even go. Attending the lunch doesn't commit you to anything, only to find out more about this new work. We look forward to what the Lord will do.

Church Plant Mtg Registration

Mark your calendars and join us on May 21st at Matheson Park (1240 Ulrich Rd, Tomball) for our churchwide picnic and baptisms. We will meet right after 2nd service at the park and begin serving lunch at 12:45pm (drinks provided also). If you prefer, you can always bring your own picnic lunch. Don't forget your lawn chairs and/or picnic blankets.

DESSERT CONTEST

Following lunch, we will continue our longstanding tradition of the Redeemer Dessert Contest (sign-up coming soon)! If you've never experienced this, you won't want to miss out. Make your favorite dessert and bring it for the judging. Who knows? You may be the next one to take home the coveted "Golden Whisk" award, (pictured above). SIGN-UP BELOW!

BAPTISMS

The culmination of the day will be when we come together to witness and celebrate with those who are displaying God's saving work in their life through the beautiful picture of baptism. If you would like to be baptized, register below for baptism and the class (on May 7th).

Dessert Contest Sign-Up

If you’ve never been baptized as a believer in Jesus, we invite you to be baptized at our Spring picnic on May 21st. Register below, and then plan to join us for a brief baptism class THIS Sunday, May 7th at 11am in the Large Group Room. We’ll talk about the meaning of baptism, discuss what to expect at the service, and we’ll answer your questions. Parents, if your children are being baptized, please attend the class with them.

Raising children is a wonderful & weighty blessing. This is why we love to present new children and their families each year, so we might pray for them as they begin this journey.

Our next Parent/Child Dedication will be on Mother’s Day, May 14th! If you are interested in participating in this year’s dedication but have not yet had a chance to register, we have extended the deadline to this Sunday, May 7th.

This year, students in Jr High & High School will be heading to Highland Lakes Camp in Spicewood, TX for the SBTC's M3 Camp. This is a summer camp for students to experience and celebrate the awe and wonder of a glorious God.

Designed by local churches for local churches so that teenagers of the local church can see the mission of God, through a moment with God, and join the movement of God.
